Associate Director of Career and Professional Development and Enrollment and Student Services

About the role

The Associate Director of Career and Professional Development and Enrollment and Student Services is responsible for delivering comprehensive student services in career and professional development, externships, admissions, enrollment, student disability services, and veteran and international student services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver career and professional development services to students
  • Manage and oversee externship programs
  • Support admissions and enrollment processes
  • Provide support for student disability services
  • Manage veteran and international student services
  • Utilize technology platforms such as Symplicity, Canvas, Jenzabar, JFA, and HubSpot
  • Work evenings and weekends as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Juris Doctor degree is preferred, or at least three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of one to three years of experience, experience or exposure to working in a law school or higher education institution is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite
  • Ability to learn quickly and function independently
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Understand and maintain confidentiality of student information
  • Ability to interact positively with individuals from a variety of diverse backgrounds

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience in a law school or higher education institution is preferred

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
