Associate Director of Advancement Communications

About the role

Grove City College is seeking an Associate Director of Advancement Communications to support the College’s Advancement team through an integrated marketing and communications strategy. This position will work closely with the Director of Advancement Communications to develop and implement communications across multiple channels designed to strengthen engagement and directly support giving, alumni and college relations, and the College’s overall messaging to alumni, donors, parents, and friends of the College.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics and email communications.
• Maintain web content through the Almabase platform.
• Manage email and mailing requests.
• Coordinate Advancement print projects with Print Services.
• Support marketing efforts for major events and campaigns.
• Assist with scholarship communications and reports.
• Assist with annual giving initiatives.
• Produce and edit video content.
• Produce, promote, and manage alumni podcast.
• Occasional evening and weekend work and travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
• At least five years of experience in a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated graphic design skills (preferred).
• Experience managing print vendor relationships and coordinating print projects (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of internal and external partners.
