This role is designed to uphold standards for a forward-thinking school model that integrates demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. The goal is to ensure strategic alignment between the school model and prospective families.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, from initial engagement through final onboarding.
- Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate fit prior to presenting options or advising on next actions.
- Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, with transparent tracking of status and scheduled follow-through.
- Orchestrates campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the intended audience for the model.
- Ensure precision in CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, workflow prioritization, and sustained service excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years providing high-touch, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated service businesses).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial contact through final onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ simultaneous client, guest, or family engagements at varying stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization methodology.
- Capacity to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your offering when alignment was absent.
- Professional writing experience communicating with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Marin County, CA; or Palo Alto, CA.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

- Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
- Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.
