Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on the application of US GAAP, including ASC 606 (revenue recognition), ASC 842 (leases), ASC 805 (business combinations), and complex financial instruments (ASC 480, ASC 815).
- Support clients in adopting new accounting standards, addressing regulatory changes, and resolving complex financial reporting matters.
- Develop, review, and enhance accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with global delivery centers to optimize resource allocation, improve efficiency, and ensure timely execution of engagements.
- Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics to maintain consistent delivery standards across global teams.
- Lead knowledge transfer initiatives, training programs, and alignment efforts to ensure consistency with firm methodologies and client expectations.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Advise clients on financial reporting challenges and support readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, and restructurings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
- 10+ years of public accounting experience, including US GAAP advisory, global delivery, and business development.
- Minimum 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role.
- CPA required; additional certifications (CFA, CIA, CISA) preferred.
