Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison - Southeastern PA / New Jersey

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategic plan to engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in cardiovascular care
• Maintain relationships with HCPs to enhance research and educational partnerships
• Contribute to planning and executing Congress activities, including scientific reviews and conference reports
• Act as a scientific expert at medical conferences and meetings with key stakeholders
• Stay updated on scientific knowledge about heart diseases and treatment options under development
• Collaborate with internal teams on medical information, publications, and educational initiatives
• Support clinical development programs as a main contact for trial investigators

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD/DO, MS, PA, ARNP) preferred
• 0-5 years of clinical or pharmaceutical industry experience for Sr. MSL role
• Minimum 5 years of CV MSL experience required for Associate Director, preferable in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and/or heart failure
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written, with proven presentation ability
• Understanding of Medical Science Liaison roles including compliance with relevant regulations and codes of conduct
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications

Pay

$197,460 – $247,800 annually
