Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison: Central Region

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of MSLs for effective communication with healthcare professionals
  • Develop strategic plans for disseminating scientific information about the company' products
  • Establish relationships with KOLs and stakeholders to meet clinical objectives
  • Oversee the creation of scientific presentations and educational materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and scientific advancements to guide strategic planning
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in communications
  • Represent the company at scientific conferences and relevant events

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, or DNP) in a relevant scientific discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in a Medical Science Liaison or similar role with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • In-depth knowledge of oncology, molecular biology, and the healthcare landscape
  • Strong understanding of solid tumor oncology therapeutics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of building relationships with KOLs and stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team in a dynamic environment

Pay

$220,000 – $250,000 annually

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
