Associate Director - Marketing Compliance

About the role

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director - Marketing Compliance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee marketing compliance efforts that help ensure sales and outreach activities align with applicable regulations in a highly regulated healthcare environment. The Associate Director will partner closely with marketing, sales, legal, and operations teams to identify risk, guide corrective action, and support sound decision-making. This position will also monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance for stakeholders across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for marketing partners to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Develop and implement compliance policies for marketing and sales
• Lead monitoring efforts to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Collaborate with teams to address compliance concerns and take corrective actions
• Analyze regulatory changes and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in compliance
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance requirements
• 2+ years of people leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Compensation: $138,900 – $191,000 annually
