• Expertise in compliance and regulatory standards related to HCP interactions
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative peer-to-peer education programs and HCP engagement strategies in collaboration with Medical Communications and external agencies
• Establish and oversee a National Speaker Bureau, including identifying, contracting, and developing key opinion leader (KOL) speakers
• Lead the planning and execution of the annual Speaker Bureau training program, ensuring compliance and adherence to on-label guidelines
• Explore and advocate for new formats and approaches to enhance peer-to-peer engagement effectiveness
