• Expertise in compliance and regulatory standards related to HCP interactions
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

The Associate Director's Responsibilities Will Be

• Design and implement creative peer-to-peer education programs
• Develop and manage a National Speaker Bureau, including identifying, contracting, and developing KOL speakers
• Lead the planning and execution of the annual Speaker Bureau training program, ensuring compliance and adherence to on-label guidelines
• Explore and advocate for new formats and approaches to enhance peer-to-peer engagement effectiveness
