Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day payment operations
- Supervision of area teams and prioritization of their activities
- Implementation of performance management
- Coordination of Lilly Value and Access systems priorities/issues

- Previous experience with Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP)
- Previous experience with customers in pharmacy distribution channel or payer environment (Wholesalers, PBMs, Payer Customers, Pharmacies, CoPay Vendors)
- Experience with and understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
