What You’ll Own & Drive
- Build and manage a pipeline of pharma partnership opportunities across oncology, cardiology, respiratory and other priority therapeutic areas.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders – including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Digital Health and Commercial leads - within strategic accounts including AstraZeneca, Merck, Lilly and J&J, while expanding into new pharma logos.
- Represent Qure.ai at industry conferences, customer meetings and life sciences events across the US - identifying new opportunities and converting engagements into qualified pipeline.
- Partner with the Senior Director, Life Sciences Partnerships to shape partnership strategies and commercial opportunities by translating Qure.ai's clinical and AI capabilities into compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategy and Growth team to develop account plans, proposals, presentations, and commercial collateral that support successful customer engagements.
- Own the day-to-day commercial execution, including prospecting, outreach, meeting cadence, CRM management, follow-ups, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
- Develop a strong understanding of priority disease areas, clinical workflows, and Qure.ai's AI solutions to engage credibly with physicians, scientists, and pharmaceutical stakeholders.
- Drive opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution, partnering with the Senior Director on commercial structuring, negotiations, and final approvals.
Core Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, healthcare, life sciences, digital health, or pharmaceutical commercial roles, or another high-performance, client-facing environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships, driving commercial opportunities, and delivering against commitments with a high degree of ownership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders across pharmaceutical organizations.
- Strong analytical and learning agility, with the ability to quickly understand new disease areas, clinical workflows, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the United States for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events (approximately 40–60% travel, if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, or life sciences organizations.
- Exposure to Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, or Digital Health functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience selling or partnering around healthcare technology, SaaS, AI, diagnostics, or digital health solutions.
