Responsibilities
- Design and implement KOL identification and engagement strategies in the cardiology domain
- Lead and maintain the commercial KOL engagement plan to build and nurture relationships
- Create resources for tracking KOL partnerships and engagement activities
- Manage the infigratinib speaker bureau with innovative strategies for brand messaging
- Plan and execute KOL engagement at US Congress events for the commercial team
- Evaluate market landscape to monitor dynamics, competition, and clinician needs
- Develop measurement plans to set goals and KPIs for engagement activities
Qualifications
- 7+ years of industry experience in sales, marketing, clinical practice, or medical affairs
- Experience leading KOL engagement activities and strategic initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking with an ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Proven self-starter, capable of working independently and managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across functions
- Experience in competitive product launches preferred
- Achondroplasia expertise is strongly preferred
Pay
- $175,900 – $222,000 annually
