Job Summary
The Associate Director of Individual Services leads well-being initiatives focused on individual services. This role provides strategic leadership to support student success through evidence-based individual, interpersonal and institutional strategies, including Wellness Coaching, BASICS, and Gamecock Recovery.
Primary Duties
- Cookordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the team providing individual services.
- Provide leadership and supervision to student and professional staff and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
- Manage, report, and publicize Student Well-being’s progress toward the achievement of unit, divisional, and university objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, university administrators, faculty, staff, and community partners.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree and 5 years experience in well-being management.
- Experience with collegiate recovery initiatives.
- Experience in a college health setting.
- Experience with delivery of wellness coaching.
- CHES and/or wellness coaching certification, or willing and eligible to obtain.
