Associate Director, Incentive Compensation

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale in the pharmaceuticals and biotech space. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thought leadership in Incentive Compensation processes and innovation
• Build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
• Design and recommend diverse IC Plan options based on rigorous analysis
• Develop KPIs for IC performance and offer insights for strategic adjustments
• Create solutions to IC challenges while adhering to compliance policies
• Run detailed IC modeling and analytics, ensuring team accuracy and quality
• Present IC insights and recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team
• Promote collaboration and professional development within the IC team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required from a four-year college or university
• 8+ years of analytics experience in related industries, including 4+ years in Incentive Compensation
• Strong expertise in IC design, analytics, operations, and business acumen
• Proven solutioning skills rooted in field insights and technical feasibility
• Hands-on technical skills in analytics, including modeling and simulation
• Familiarity with IC pharmaceutical data and data suppliers like IQVIA and Symphony

Pay

$145,600 – $270,400 annually
