About the role

The Associate Director, Human Resources (HR) Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to US Sales and Marketing leadership, driving organizational performance, talent strategy, and culture to enable commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to commercial leaders, aligning talent strategy with business objectives, including revenue growth and sales force effectiveness
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning to ensure the right structure, capabilities, and capacity to execute go-to-market strategies
  • Drive talent management outcomes, including succession planning, leadership development, and retention of critical talent
  • Partner with Total Rewards to design and implement compensation strategies that reinforce performance and align with market competitiveness
  • Enable a high-performance culture through leadership coaching, engagement strategies, and differentiated performance management
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable talent solutions and enterprise HR programs
  • Lead or support complex business initiatives, including reorganizations, integrations, and M&A-related activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner support to commercial or revenue-generating functions in a regulated industry
  • Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and/or change management

Preferred Experience/education/skills

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in related field
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders and driving business outcomes through talent strategies
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of commercial operations and sales organizations
  • Experience supporting high-growth or transformation environments
  • Proven change leadership capabilities, including organizational transformations
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Effective level of business literacy about the client group(s) business, financial position, its culture and its competition
  • Expert knowledge of local and federal employment laws within field and within organization
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence change
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
  • PHR or SPHR Certification

Our salary or hourly rate ranges reward associates fairly and competitively. We regularly review these ranges and factors, such as location, contribute to the range displayed. Our pay is based on the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location.
