About the role
The Associate Director, HUB Strategy - Access & Reimbursement Solutions is a strategic and operational leader responsible for delivering operational excellence, financial accountability, and collaborative leadership across all Access & Reimbursement Solutions activities.
Responsibilities
- Vendor Management and Program Execution: Ensure all Statements of Work (SOW) are delivered in full alignment with contractual obligations, while establishing, documenting, and maintaining standardized processes and procedures to support consistent compliance and operational governance.
- Program Oversight: Conduct routine health checks for HUB/Copay Support programs and proactively manage risks and improvements.
- Strategic Recommendation: Own the development and delivery of strategic recommendations for access and reimbursement solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic imperatives and broader business objectives.
- Financial Stewardship: Ensure precise forecasting and responsible budget management for HUB/Copay Support operations.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Build effective internal and external partnerships for strategic alignment.
- Vision & Delivery: Balance long-term access goals with timely patient-centric actions.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report critical KPIs, lead reviews, and ensure accountability.
- Vendor & Workforce Management: Oversee vendor performance, enforce compliance, and optimize staffing.
- Core Competencies: Lead cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, negotiate, and align HUB/Copay Support operations with broader strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical market access, patient services, HUB operations, or a related access and reimbursement function.
- Direct experience managing HUB vendors, Copay Support programs, or Access & Reimbursement strategies strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting product launches or re-launches in an access and reimbursement capacity preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and implement scalable operational processes and workflows in a complex, multi-brand environment.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. payer landscape, reimbursement processes, and specialty pharmacy channels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with proficiency in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Pay
$141,500 - $268,500 USD
Schedule
Primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
