Associate Director, HUB Operations Management

About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex problems in the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product development timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new drug formulations and delivery systems
• Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA and other global regulations
• Lead project teams to meet deadlines and maintain product quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D
• Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmaceutics
• Experience with regulatory processes and guidelines
