Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute global development programs following strategic objectives
  • Develop and manage project schedules to meet defined milestones
  • Cook up and manage team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes
  • Translate scientific details into strategic overviews for stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate planning sessions and budget management efforts
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficacy and performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years or Master's Degree with 6+ years in clinical and drug development
  • Strong experience in project management within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Demonstrable experience in program lifecycle management and cross-functional team collaboration
