Responsibilities
- Plan and execute global development programs following strategic objectives
- Develop and manage project schedules to meet defined milestones
- Cook up and manage team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes
- Translate scientific details into strategic overviews for stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies
- Facilitate planning sessions and budget management efforts
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficacy and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years or Master's Degree with 6+ years in clinical and drug development
- Strong experience in project management within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- PMP certification is a plus
- Demonstrable experience in program lifecycle management and cross-functional team collaboration
