Responsibilities

  • Provide vision and oversight for the Global EHS auditing program including various audit types
  • Identify key risks and plan audits to address them, managing and reporting on results
  • Oversee Global EHS documents in Veeva, including development and maintenance of documents
  • Develop and implement global EHS training to enhance understanding and retention
  • Summarize compliance status and make actionable recommendations for management
  • Ensure strategic alignment of deliverables with organizational objectives and raise awareness among teams
  • Monitor external EHS trends to facilitate continuous long-term improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in EHS-related field or Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred EHS professional certification
  • Extensive experience with EHS management systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using analytical tools for compliance risk detection
  • Strong background in EHS management and training design

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
