Responsibilities
- Provide vision and oversight for the Global EHS auditing program including various audit types
- Identify key risks and plan audits to address them, managing and reporting on results
- Oversee Global EHS documents in Veeva, including development and maintenance of documents
- Develop and implement global EHS training to enhance understanding and retention
- Summarize compliance status and make actionable recommendations for management
- Ensure strategic alignment of deliverables with organizational objectives and raise awareness among teams
- Monitor external EHS trends to facilitate continuous long-term improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in EHS-related field or Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Preferred EHS professional certification
- Extensive experience with EHS management systems
- Demonstrated proficiency in using analytical tools for compliance risk detection
- Strong background in EHS management and training design
