About the role
As a key member of the RayzeBio Commercial team, you will drive the strategic direction and commercial success of the RPT portfolio. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, supporting launch readiness and lifecycle management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating pipeline assets, and establishing relationships with key opinion leaders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Support launch readiness and lifecycle management for pipeline and in-market assets, including scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy & Operations, Market Foresight, and Project Management teams to ensure operational excellence and cross-tumor alignment
- Prepare and present business cases, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership
- Evaluate the commercial potential of our pipeline assets and new targets of interest, including target product profiles, market opportunity, access landscape, and revenue forecasts
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry experts, and potential customers to gather insights and support for the product launch and development
- Monitor and report on commercialization progress, including key performance indicators and market feedback, to inform strategic adjustments
- Apply AI to improve team execution and decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field (MBA, PhD, PharmD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in oncology commercial strategy, marketing, consulting or related roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed global environment
- Deep understanding of the oncology market landscape, including solid tumors and RPT
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills
- Experience with asset launches, lifecycle management, and business development is preferred
