Responsibilities
- Creation, review and approval of all gift agreements and related documentation
- Development, implementation, and oversight of UNLV Foundation policies and procedures related to gift agreements to promote accurate, timely, and secure records management
- Preparing documents used for closing new gifts and commitments
- Implementing best practices for gift documentation
- Providing training for development officers
- Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading agreements
- Coordinating the signature process and distribution of signed agreements
- Responsible for communications regarding draft and completed gift agreements
- Reviewing the integrity of their entry into the Database
