About the role

Designs, develops, and deploys full stack solutions, applying technical expertise to deliver scalable, high-quality systems that align with business objectives. Works on full stack development projects of significant complexity, contributing advanced technical skills and knowledge to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop full stack application solutions, including coding, testing, and implementation processes to ensure high quality deliverables that meet business and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to analyze business needs, propose technical strategies, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance system performance and scalability.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends, leveraging insights to optimize development processes, address complex technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement in tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to technical discussions and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, organizational standards, and project timelines.
  • Implement solutions for complex issues, developing clear, actionable recommendations and ensuring alignment on processes, tools and services.

Requirements

  • Must-have: 7+ years of experience in software development with financial domain knowledge, strong proficiency in Java 17, experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA, knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL, familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js, experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ, experience with Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with cloud platforms, messaging systems, and monitoring and logging tools.

Qualifications

  • Must-have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Nice-to-have: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Pay

The expected salary range for the above position is $135,000 - $225,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
