About the role
The Associate Director – Finance Transformation will lead financial transformation initiatives within the Private Equity and Industrials industries. This role will be responsible for driving strategic changes in financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and drive value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute financial process improvements
- Oversee the implementation of new financial systems and tools
- Provide guidance on financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on financial goals and metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the Private Equity and Industrials sectors
- Proven track record of leading financial transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with financial technology solutions
