Associate Director, Field Operations- Neuropsychiatry

Responsibilities

• Lead business operating cadence for the sales organization
• Cook up leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, and annual planning
• Translate VP priorities into measurable operational plans
• Monitor execution of strategic priorities and coaching consistency
• Prepare national level presentations and communications
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage enterprise-level projects
• Cook up onboarding, offboarding, and leadership development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 7+ years in biotech/pharma with field sales experience
• Experience in performance management, sales leadership, commercial operations, and strategic planning
• Inclusive peer leadership skills; ability to influence without authority
• Self-starter with strategic and operational mindset

$154,000 – $212,000 annually
