About the role
You will engage in the exchange of scientific data and medical information with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Providers (HCPs), researchers, pharmacists, and population-based decision makers. Your focus will be on B-Cell Malignancies (NHL and Multiple Myeloma) aligned with our strategic medical plans.
Responsibilities
- Identify and maintain a list of medical/therapeutic area experts, investigator targets, and associated plans of action.
- Establish, foster, cultivate, and maintain relationships with KOLs in Hematological Malignancies.
- Act as the primary clinical/scientific resource for information pertaining to disease state and our products, ensuring awareness and understanding.
- Participate in the development and management of company-sponsored clinical trials.
- Establish scientific relationships with investigators and internal Medical Affairs, supporting investigator-initiated study (IIS) concept programs.
- Identify relevant insights on research developments, treatment landscapes to shape medical strategy.
- Identify gaps in research needs and create opportunities by collaborating with potential and existing investigators and site personnel.
- Respond to requests for information related to study indications, disease state, and therapeutic area, and present/discuss scientific/clinical data.
- Attend medical conferences, collecting and reporting relevant, scientific, clinical, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, principles, and financial controls are maintained with integrity and professionalism both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Residency in the assigned territory (Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas).
- Frequent business travel (approximately 70% of time), including air travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekends.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or DVM) is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison function.
- Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA regulations, pharmaceutical regulations/compliant practices, and OIG guidelines.
Preferred Experiences
- Established relationships with KOLs and institutions focused on Hematologic Malignancies.
- Drug launch experience.

Pay
$176,100.00 - $287,300.00 annually
Schedule
On-site work is required.
