Responsibilities
- Partner with the Medical Director, Hematology Oncology to develop and execute U.S. Medical strategy, objectives, and tactical plans
- Collaborate with R&D, HEOR, and Scientific Communications to drive integrated evidence generation and publication strategy
- Analyze clinical and real-world data and translate insights to inform Medical strategy
- Plan and execute advisory boards and roundtable discussions with key opinion leaders
- Lead and support investigator-initiated studies and medical education initiatives
- Support Patient Access initiatives to improve access to and appropriate use of therapies
- Persist with Field Medical to inform HCP engagement strategy and support the development of internal trainings
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent)
- 3+ years of Medical Affairs experience or 8+ years of relevant experience in hematologic oncology research
- Scientific expertise in hematologic malignancies (AML strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of clinical data interpretation and communication
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $200,000–$225,000
20% annual target bonus
