Job Description

Responsibilities
- Facilities Operations: Lead day-to-day facilities operations across Danvers, Peabody, and Woburn sites.
- Ensure reliability and uptime of critical infrastructure supporting operations.
- Oversee maintenance programs, work order management, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain safe, clean, and functional environments across all buildings.
- EHS: Lead EHS strategy and program execution across all sites.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal standards.
- Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture.
- Security & Site Safety: Oversee site security programs across all locations.
- Ensure effective access control, emergency response, and incident management.
- Manage security vendors and site-level procedures.
- Protect employees, assets, and operations across all facilities.
- Compliance & Operational Readiness: Ensure facilities, EHS, and security programs meet audit and regulatory requirements.
- Lead inspection readiness and response across all sites.
- Ensure strong documentation, SOP adherence, and governance of operational processes.
- Serve as accountable leader for site compliance performance.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage vendors supporting facilities, EHS, and security across sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Drive accountability for execution, cost, and service levels.
- Budget & Resource Management: Own operating budgets (opex) across facilities, EHS, and security.
- Forecast and manage ongoing operational costs across all sites.
- Partner with Finance on cost planning, allocation, and management.
- People Leadership: Lead and develop teams across Facilities, EHS, and Security functions.
- Set priorities, define structure, and ensure strong execution performance.
- Build organizational capability and ensure appropriate staffing across locations.
- Scope of Responsibility: Facilities operations across Danvers, Peabody, and Woburn; EHS programs and regulatory compliance; Site security and access control; Day-to-day maintenance and operational performance; Vendor and service management; Open ownership and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, EHS, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in facilities, EHS, or operations leadership.
- Strong experience in regulatory compliance and operational execution.
- Experience leading teams in complex, multi-site environments.
- PREFERRED: Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing; Experience managing multi-site operations; Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental, and safety standards.

Company Information
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year. Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year. Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
