Associate Director, Events Marketing, Tax & Legal Buyer
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: description about KPMG (intro) maybe "About the role"? Actually there is a paragraph about KPMG being great place to work etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe not. The role description: "KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Events Marketing, Tax & Legal Buyer to join our Clients and Markets organization." Then responsibilities list bullet points. Then qualifications list bullet points. Then there is mention of benefits: "KPMG is proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package..." details about medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), personal well-being, PTO, holidays, breaks. Also mention salary range: California Salary Range: $118000 - $227000. Also mention pay transparency link. So we have Pay section. Benefits section. Possibly Schedule? Not mentioned. No explicit schedule/hours. So we should not create Schedule section. Skills? The qualifications include skills like strategic event marketing, negotiation, stakeholder management, financial acumen, data analysis, etc. Could be a Skills section but we already have Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include. We have About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Benefits (details). Pay (salary range). Possibly Requirements? The qualifications could be considered Requirements. But we have both Qualifications and Requirements; we should not duplicate. The posting includes "Qualifications:" with bullet points. Could treat that as Qualifications. Requirements maybe not separate. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points exactly as given, but we can rephrase? Must preserve info, not summarizing away detail. We can keep the bullet points as
- ...
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can include that as a list item under Qualifications (or Requirements). We'll keep it.
Also remove the line about "KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges." That's boilerplate about pay transparency; but we already have Pay section with salary range. The statement about compliance is boilerplate; we can drop it. Also remove "If required, the ranges displayed below or via the URL below are specifically for those potential hires who will work in the location(s) listed." That's also boilerplate. Remove "Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations." That's generic; could be considered part of Pay? Might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about how salary determined. Might keep? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That sentence is substantive about how salary determined. However it's generic but still info. Might keep as a paragraph under Pay. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is not filler. I'd keep it.
Also remove "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." That's somewhat redundant with benefits section; but we already have benefits details. Could keep as intro to Benefits? Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to drop.
Remove EEO statements, etc.
Remove "No phone calls or agencies please." etc.
Remove "KPMG recruits on a rolling basis..." etc.
Remove Los Angeles County applicants section (that's specific legal info; maybe considered boilerplate? It's about Fair Chance Act; could be considered substantive but it's a legal notice. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is legal notice about Fair Chance Act; likely considered legal boilerplate. So drop.
Also drop "Follow this link to obtain salary ranges by city outside of CA: ..." That's a link; maybe keep as part of Pay? It's a reference for salary ranges. Could keep as a link under Pay. But it's a URL; might be considered supplementary. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The link is substantive for salary ranges. I'd keep it as a
with the link. But we must not include markdown code fences. Just HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated lines: we removed boilerplate. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading: we didn't. Check that we didn't include Job ID/requisition numbers: none. Check that we preserved all substantive info: we kept intro, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, link. We dropped some lines about compliance with salary ranges display, but that is legal boilerplate; allowed to drop. We dropped EEO, etc. We dropped "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." but we kept a similar sentence in Pay; maybe it's okay. We kept "KPMG is proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package..." in Benefits. We removed "Additional details about our benefits can be found towards the bottom of our KPMG US Careers site at Benefits & How We Work." That's a reference; could be considered boilerplate; drop. We removed "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." (duplicate). Already have. We removed "KPMG is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We removed "No phone calls or agencies please." etc. We removed "KPMG recruits on a rolling basis..." etc. We removed
