Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with all recruiting activities, adhering to all laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities, while upholding Carrington College's conduct and ethics expectations.
  • Provide leadership, training, development, and performance management for all enrollment services team members.
  • Train new Enrollment Services Associates ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Assign individual performance goals to each member of the Enrollment Services team and review progress toward these goals on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Manage all recruitment activities for maximum efficiency to meet or exceed team goals.
  • Conduct required daily meetings with each enrollment services employee.
  • Perform all required observations with each enrollment services associate (ESA), with additional observations as needed based on quality, compliance, and overall performance.
  • Document and review all observations with the ESA timely and thoroughly.
  • Provide one-on-one and team training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with Student Finance and Academic Affairs for cross-departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Prepare and conduct performance evaluations for enrollment services employees.
  • Conduct New Student Reviews (NSR) and ensure that enrollment services employees follow up with both enrolled and interviewed students.
  • Assist the campus in networking and developing professional relationships to generate inquiries at the campus level.
  • Provide accurate and timely enrollment forecasts.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Establish and maintain an effective system of communication with all departments.
  • Engage in campus community events and activities.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has direct supervisory responsibilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree required from an Accredited College or University.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Enrollment Services/Admissions experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated successful multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
