Associate Director, eDiscovery Review Solutions

Responsibilities

• Oversight of multiple concurrent review matters and client engagements, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency of delivery
• Provide strategic guidance to Review Senior Managers and Managers to ensure adherence to best practices, process consistency, and high-quality outcomes
• Communicate with clients and their counsel as a subject matter expert in Consilio’s process and service offerings
• Identify areas of operational risk within projects or workflows and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex project or client issues and support resolution in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Supports department-wide initiatives, including workflow improvements, reporting enhancements, and training efforts
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators, including quality, productivity, utilization, and financial metrics

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Requirements: JD, and admission to and good standing in a state bar, are required
• Minimum Experience Requirements: Minimum of 8 years eDiscovery or law firm experience either within or outside of Consilio
• Other Requirements: Excellent communication skills, with emphasis on verbal and written client communication; demonstrated excellence in team leadership, coaching, and development; strong proficiency in utilizing review databases including but not limited to Relativity; demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
