Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team members to promote a culture of excellence and accountability
- Orchestrate the enterprise privileged cloud migration, ensuring effective planning and stabilization
- Establish a repeatable framework for onboarding subsidiaries and addressing security posture gaps
- Oversee high-risk privileged access initiatives, emphasizing change management
- Collaborate across teams to improve privileged access design and governance controls
- Create a standardized application onboarding process for PAM
- Serve as the liaison for Risk and Compliance on audit findings and control enhancements
- Support operational processes related to vendor management and program reporting
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical leadership roles within cybersecurity or IAM programs
- Experience in leading PAM engineering or operations teams at enterprise scale
- Strong technical expertise in vaulting, rotation, SUDO policies, and elevated-access governance
- Proficient in Active Directory, Windows/Linux/Mac systems, and cloud access patterns
- Proven track record in executing modernization initiatives and managing high-risk privileged access
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Collaborative problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
Pay
$156,600 – $215,400 annually
