Associate Director - CRL

About the role

Play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within existing accounts, as well as selling new service offerings and solutions in the CRL domain. Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high-quality solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance market share through market development and competitive analysis for the segment in the account portfolio
  • Open diverse service lines in the account
  • Create proposals and SOWs in the portfolio
  • Provide a business-led view on items of contract negotiations
  • Pursue opportunities with different departments or buyers within the client organization to expand the Infosys footprint
  • Maintain healthy client relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for every year of education.
  • 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience within the BPM industry
  • 10+ years of experience in the CRL industry, with good exposure and understanding of the B2B business space
  • 5+ years of strong sales/relationship management/account management experience either in CRL or BPM industry
  • Experience of selling BPM services and solutions to CRL clients
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry
  • Business case creation
  • Financial ratios and analysis
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and appreciate business processes of Infosys and the client organization
  • Analytical ability
  • Initiative and work in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the CRL industry, with good exposure and understanding of the B2B business space
  • 5+ years of strong sales/relationship management/account management experience either in CRL or BPM industry
  • Experience of selling BPM services and solutions to CRL clients
