Associate Director, Corporate Communications

About the role

Responsible for developing and executing corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and support business objectives. Manage internal and external communications, including media relations, public relations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage media relations, including press releases, media interviews, and crisis communications.
• Oversee public relations activities such as event planning, social media management, and crisis management.
• Engage employees through internal communications, including newsletters, town halls, and other company-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic communication decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Proven track record of successful campaign execution and stakeholder management.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content for various audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
