Associate Director Clinical Ops

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of virtual care providers to enhance accountability and engagement.
• Manage clinic operations, optimizing schedules and resources for productivity.
• Drive performance metrics related to patient experience and value-based care outcomes.
• Promote high-quality, evidence-based care and clinical excellence.
• Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
• Implement process improvements to close operational gaps.
• Provide direct patient care approximately 10% of the time while maintaining clinical competencies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with active, unrestricted licenses.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• 2–3 years of experience leading clinical teams.
• 1 year of virtual care experience.
• Experience scaling or leading clinical operations in high-growth healthcare environments.
