About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Director to support our client success team. This role plays a critical support role in assisting the Head of Client Success, managing operations, executing strategy, and driving performance.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the client success team on the analysis and resolution of client inquiries related to Derivative Path platform usage and client business processes.
- Serve as a first response contact for client and internal operations-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve client-related technical issues, contributing to setting up business specifications.
- Develop knowledge base documentation related to Derivative Path platforms and procedures.
- Implement operational efficiency improvements.
- Contribute to projects integrating the derivative portfolios and business processes of clients into Derivative Path platforms.
- Develop and maintain internal reporting and dashboards to track client success metrics, operational performance, and service trends, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Motivate team, develop personnel, and help deliver.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in client relationship management or client-facing roles (preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance, fintech, or capital markets.
- Background in finance or accounting, with a strong emphasis on capital markets and derivatives, including knowledge of derivative products, trade structures, and trade lifecycle concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail when working with financial data.
- High level of comfort working with data-driven tools, platforms, and reporting systems to analyze and resolve issues.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, financial platforms, and evolving workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial or technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute with urgency in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Team-oriented approach with a commitment to organizational objectives and long-term client success.

Pay
The expected salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 and is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity.
