A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
At least two years of successful administrative experience in educational or social programs are required.
Prior to applying, please note that proven and progressive experience implementing grant-funded or similar project goals and objectives is required.
- Master’s in education administration, public administration, social sciences, guidance and counseling, psychology, student personnel services, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with budgeting is also desired.
- The candidate should have extensive database management experience and be highly detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of secondary and postsecondary education programs is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in working and developing credibility with low-income and first generation students is desirable.
