Responsibilities

• Design and manage global alumni career engagement programs
• Lead the development of a structured alumni mentoring program
• Partner with alumni and stakeholders to enhance career connections
• Act as the liaison between students and alumni for career initiatives
• Plan and deliver career workshops and networking events
• Collaborate with Career Services to integrate alumni engagement into student programming
• Analyze and report on alumni engagement data and program effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in career engagement or alumni relations
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Ability to manage and evaluate department operations effectively
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff

Pay

$75,000 – $95,000 annually
