Associate Director, Campaign Orchestration (EU/INTL)

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Campaign Orchestration (EU/INTL) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead omnichannel campaign orchestration efforts across international markets, ensuring customer engagement plans are aligned with brand strategy and local execution needs. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape media, audience, and touchpoint decisions that improve relevance and performance. The successful candidate will use analytics and customer insights to drive scalable campaign execution in a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 annually Responsibilities Apply a deep understanding of customer needs to inform orchestration decisions Shape execution of cross-functional engagement strategies through influence and collaboration Orchestrate omnichannel campaigns aligned to customer journeys and brand strategies Utilize analytics to prioritize customer touchpoints and enhance campaign relevance Deliver audience orchestration needs and implement integrated engagement plans Define and oversee media strategies targeting effective channel mix and planning Leverage global capabilities to ensure scalable campaign execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field 8+ years of experience in omnichannel campaign orchestration or related CX capabilities in the pharmaceutical sector outside the US Expertise in designing and executing coordinated engagement plans on a global scale Strong understanding of omnichannel data and performance analytics, particularly in a healthcare context Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance offerings Retirement savings plan options Flexible paid vacation policy Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
