For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director Business Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,600 – $156,400 annually Responsibilities Lead development of comprehensive business strategies and long-range planning initiatives Create data-driven long-term strategic plans and stakeholder engagement strategies Oversee the strategic planning process to align with organizational goals Assist leadership in developing sustainable growth and funding cases Coordinate cross-functional input and governance for initiatives and projects Monitor implementation progress and outcomes, ensuring timely accountability Develop effective change communication strategies and create tailored presentations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field required; Master's preferred At least 7 years of related work experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, or academic medical settings Experience with large data sets and complex initiatives is essential Preferred background in the cancer sector and academic medicine Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and payer requirements is advantageous Benefits Fully remote work location with occasional onsite requirements Engagement with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment Opportunity to impact strategic initiatives in a prestigious cancer research institution Exposure to senior leadership and hands-on involvement in high-level decision-making Access to professional development and mentoring in a leading healthcare organization Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
