Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect Microsoft Technologies GenAI who can lead enterprise solution architecture, define scalable technology strategies, and drive innovation across modern Microsoft ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, strong hands-on experience in Azure and .NET platforms, and the ability to embed GenAI capabilities into enterprise solutions.

Primary Skill Set

  • MustHave:

    • Architecture Technical Leadership

    • Deep architectural expertise in .NET, .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem

    • Proven experience designing enterprisescale cloud-native and AI-powered solutions on Azure

    • Strong command of microservices, API-first architecture, event-driven systems, and security frameworks

    • Handson experience in GenAI architecture including LLM integration, prompt engineering, frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and enterprise adoption patterns

    • Experience working with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Databricks, and AIML platforms

    • Ability to define reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and best practices for scalable delivery, AI, Data, and GenAI integration

    • Expertise in GenAI implementations such as conversational AI, document intelligence, and intelligent automation

    • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks

    • Ability to embed AI-driven decisioning and automation into business workflows

    • Ownership of architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making

    • Experience in defining technology roadmaps, modernization strategies, and future-state architectures

Secondary Skill Set

  • Good to Have:

    • Cloud DevOps

    • Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps, CICD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep)

    • Experience in cloud cost optimization, monitoring, reliability engineering, and observability frameworks

    • Advanced AI, Emerging Tech exposure to Responsible AI, AI governance frameworks, and ethical AI practices

    • Experience in multimodel AI architectures and AI orchestration strategies

    • Consulting Leadership Skills

    • Strong consulting mindset with ability to engage business stakeholders and drive solution adoption

    • Experience mentoring technical architects, leads, and engineering teams

    • Influence technology strategy at enterprise and client levels

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
