Associate Director, Amazon + Retail Media

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking an Associate Director of Amazon + Retail Media to shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel Amazon DSP strategy and execution for large-scale accounts
• Support managers on other full-funnel retail accounts
• Design, implement, and manage ad spend across campaigns
• Monitor daily trends, opportunities, and spend for multiple brands
• Communicate proactively with clients about account health and performance
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Audit prospective Amazon accounts to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital media with hands-on Amazon DSP experience
• Real programmatic fluency covering various inventory deals and strategies
• Expertise in the entire Amazon ecosystem including DSP and Sponsored Products
• Experience managing a brand with a $5M+ annual Amazon budget
• Proven track record with large, complex, multi-brand accounts
• Familiarity with 3P optimization tools like Pacvue and Skai
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail

Pay

$100,000 – $115,000 annually
