Associate Director, AI Strategy and Solution Architecture

This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal portfolios to drive cloud adoption strategy and digital transformation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders
• Develop and execute unsolicited proposals to position the company Federal as a transformative partner
• Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions for business development
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple data/AI projects
• Oversee post-sales delivery and technology implementation across federal entities
• Conduct research on emerging technologies for business success

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology consulting or IT transformation
• 7+ years managing IT/technology projects and technical teams
• 5+ years leading large teams in federal or public sector environments
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar contracts
• Demonstrated success delivering solutions for federal civilian agencies, especially DHS or DOT
• Proficiency in cloud adoption strategies using AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline

Pay

$200,000 – $210,000 annually
