Associate Director - AI & Data, Energy Providers

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking an Associate Director to join their team and lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and addressing client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
• 7+ years in AI, data strategy, and analytics consulting
• 5+ years leading data-driven transformations in utilities or energy sector
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and modern data platforms
• Proven experience in business development and managing client relationships
• Expertise in leading large-scale AI and analytics projects
• Experience in forming strategic partnerships for market expansion
