Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute analytics on patient journeys, identifying key intervention points and barriers
  • Analyze and integrate diverse healthcare data sources for actionable insights
  • Develop and implement predictive models to enhance patient identification and treatment progression
  • Present clear recommendations and findings to stakeholders through various formats
  • Identify and propose advanced analytics use cases to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics are scalable and compliant
  • Mentor analysts and establish standards for analytics and insight delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in advanced analytics, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Proven experience in analyzing healthcare data and deriving actionable patient journey insights
  • Strong hands-on experience with predictive modeling and machine learning solutions in healthcare contexts
  • Deep understanding of various healthcare data sources, including EHRs and claims data
  • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into accessible recommendations for diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices and model governance in regulated environments
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields; advanced degrees preferred
