Responsibilities
- Lead and execute analytics on patient journeys, identifying key intervention points and barriers
- Analyze and integrate diverse healthcare data sources for actionable insights
- Develop and implement predictive models to enhance patient identification and treatment progression
- Present clear recommendations and findings to stakeholders through various formats
- Identify and propose advanced analytics use cases to enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics are scalable and compliant
- Mentor analysts and establish standards for analytics and insight delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in advanced analytics, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors
- Proven experience in analyzing healthcare data and deriving actionable patient journey insights
- Strong hands-on experience with predictive modeling and machine learning solutions in healthcare contexts
- Deep understanding of various healthcare data sources, including EHRs and claims data
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into accessible recommendations for diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices and model governance in regulated environments
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields; advanced degrees preferred
