Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic application of AI and advanced analytics to Sales, Marketing, and Patient Support
  • Influence decision-making at the highest levels and identify opportunities to drive commercial results and patient engagement
  • Collaborate across the JNJ IM organization
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with leadership across brand sales and marketing, Data Strategy, Media Excellence, PECS, and IT teams
  • Ensure compliance and patient confidentiality in partnership with HCC, privacy, and legal
  • Lead the evaluation of data sets and methodologies to improve predictive capabilities
  • Define measurement frameworks
  • Conduct A/B testing
  • Avoid advocacy for change
  • Foster innovation in patient support services

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting, or a related field
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Masters or PhD preferred)
  • Experience managing budgets over $2M annually
  • Hands-on experience integrating and analyzing healthcare claims, electronic health records, lab results, specialty pharmacy, SDOH/consumer, and patient hub data for AI and advanced analytics solutions, including adherence, patient journey mapping, and treatment pathways
  • Experience implementing AI-driven initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise in predictive analytics and machine learning techniques
  • Strong influencing and communication skills

  • Adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Up to 10% domestic travel is required

Pay

The anticipated base pay range is $137,000–$235,750 USD.
