Associate Director, 340B Technical & Methodology Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance 340B COE data infrastructure and workflows from internal and external data sources to ensure reliability, consistency, and compliance with enterprise data standards
  • Develop and document data models, scripts, and methodologies as requirements evolve
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Business Optimization & Analytics Lead and IT team to implement data integration, validation, and automation pipelines
  • Conduct reconciliation and quality assurance across claims, eligibility, chargeback, and operational data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support regular data refreshes, recurring reports, and ad hoc analytical requests with properly validated datasets
  • Contribute to the development of standardized analytical templates and modeling frameworks that strengthen the 340B COE’s analytical foundation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data gathering, transformation, and reporting while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, statistics, engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, data scientist, or technical support
  • Working knowledge of SQL and basic familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, R, or SAS)
  • Understanding of data validation, transformation, and documentation processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and process rigor
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot data workflows in a fast-paced, complex, and highly regulated environment
  • Experience supporting analytics or data science in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is preferred
  • Exposure to 340B data, eligibility validation, or compliance reporting processes is helpful
  • Experience building automated data workflows or ETL routines is preferred
