About the role

An opportunity is available for an Associate DevOps Developer to join a high-performing engineering analytics team. This role involves working on high-intensity development projects, including proprietary programs for U.S. government customers focused on advanced technology national security missions. The position requires contributing to the creation of next-generation products and services, engaging in rapid prototyping, and participating in all facets of engineering from concept to demonstration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply modern DevSecOps / GitOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerized deployments, and infrastructure as code to streamline integration and test activities.
  • Establish, configure, and maintain secure test environments using cloud-native and virtualized resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes by incorporating automation, metrics, and lessons learned.
  • Automate, develop, monitor, and troubleshoot across development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, and configuration processes.
  • Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and traceability.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • Experience: 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Linux, Ansible software platform, Terraform software, JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Packer, Nessus, and Trivy DevSecOps tools.
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, mutual Transport Layer Security (mTLS), cert-manager, Harbor, Postgres, and Windows.
  • Experience with Shell and Python Scripting.
  • Experience working with Government customers.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
