Associate Development Operations
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as resource for all fundraising teams regarding database operations alongside and under guidance of the Director.
- Review and correct donor records entered by internal staff, vendors, and online donor portals.
- Oversee completion of all quality control procedures, including weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc files.
- Provide support for Audience Services and Donor Care staff for donor record management work as needed.
- Cross functional backup for all Data Strategy and Development Services staff members.
- Aid in revenue reconciliation needs.
- Serve as lead for donation adjustments when requested by Audience Services or Donor Care staff members.
- Edit and maintain documentation for all Data Entry/Processing procedures.
- Assure completion of volunteer and event data.

- Experience with PL/SQL or T-SQL
Additional Skills And Qualifications
- Knowledge of fundraising database technology and ability to apply it to fundraising development and operations support.
- Experience with CRM systems such as ROI Solutions Revolution CRM, Engaging Networks or equivalent systems preferred.
- Experienced research and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Meticulous approach to work and keen eye for details.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people using diplomacy, tact, and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully perform duties in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.
- Strong understanding and application of computer technology to efficiently accomplish work using Microsoft Office programs.
