We invite you to join our innovative team to help make a positive difference in the lives of the children and families of Illinois. ## Essential Functions Serves as Associate Deputy Director of Dually Involved Youth and Human Trafficking Prevention. Provides the Deputy Director and the Director with major administrative input into agency programs andoperations which are of high importance within the community and child welfare constituencies. Reviews, oversees, and coordinates the overall implementation of various Departmental pilot programs within the oversight of Clinical and Child Services. Provides advice and consultation in the development of Department curriculum related to transition to adulthood, human trafficking, and dually involved youth. Serves as full line supervisor. Develops and strengthens relationships between DCFS and law enforcement agencies, probation offices, the public guardian, the courts, and all other related public agencies. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. ## Minimum Qualifications Requires an MSW or a master\'s degree in a rel ated human services field from a recognized college or university. Requires four years of administrative child welfare experience with an MSW or five years of administrative child welfare\ experience with a master\'s degree in a related human services field.
