Founding Lead Associate Dentist opportunity at Anytime Dental Care in Marin County, CA. This is not a typical dental office—we are building a hospitality-first, high-performance practice where patients are treated like guests and clinicians are supported to deliver fast, calm, and high-level care.

About the Role

• 7 am–9 pm, 7 days/week access
• 15 operatories scaling to 20+
• Urgent care + comprehensive dentistry
• Hospitality-driven experience (not transactional dentistry)
• Fast-moving, clear-communicating, ownership-driven team

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general dentistry
• Diagnose and present treatment clearly and confidently
• Drive case acceptance through trust and clarity
• Work efficiently without compromising care
• Collaborate with a hospitality-first front desk and operations team
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and consistency

Requirements

• Clinically strong and decisive
• High integrity, high accountability
• Calm under pressure, fast without being rushed
• Communicates clearly with patients and team
• Takes ownership (doesn’t wait to be told what to do)
• Wants to be part of building something—not just working a shift

Pay

• Up to 50% commission depending on production
• Or up to $1200 per day temporary guarantee
